Here is a reminder of the conditions for submitting a topic:
Eligibility rules for project leaders (supervisor and co-supervisor, if applicable)
Be HDR (for thesis supervision only)
For HDR = Supervise fewer than 3 TC doctoral students or 6 TP doctoral students (maximum supervision rate of 300%)
Not have obtained an ED658 contract in 2025.
Submit only one candidate
Not submit a project to the PhD Programs competition
The ED will verify that these conditions are met before the topics are published for candidates on March 9.
