You must hold a degree that qualifies you for a doctoral program, have secured funding for the entire three-year period, have a supervisor with HDR status affiliated with ED658, and be affiliated with a host laboratory.
There is no point in registering on ADUM without having secured funding, a thesis advisor, and a host laboratory.
Any incomplete registration will be deleted.

Registration Process:
Step 1: Academic Registration with the Doctoral School
Step 2: Administrative Registration with the Registrar's Office
STEP 1: GRADUATE SCHOOL - Academic Registration for the Doctorate - ADUM
This is an online registration process.
You must fill out all the information fields on ADUM by creating an account. After entering your information and uploading supporting documents in ADUM, your application will be automatically forwarded for approval to your Thesis Advisor, then to the Unit Director, and finally to the Doctoral School. You can track the progress of your application directly on ADUM.
STEP 2: SCOLARITÉ
It will then be automatically transferred, without any action required on your part, to the Registrar’s Office to finalize your administrative registration.

The specialization you choose will be the one listed on your diploma.
Once you have registered in ADUM, you will be able to:
Take advantage of career services (job postings, CV publishing, etc.),
Choose whether or not to display your profile online (“Personal Account” > “Display Settings”),
Help build the network of current and former students at your doctoral school,
Receive email notifications about all events organized for you,
Register for training modules offered by doctoral schools,
View upcoming thesis defenses.
Ph.D. student with a foreign degree, WITHOUT ECTS credits
Your country is not a signatory to the Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region.
Your degree does not use the ECTS credit system.
Your degree must be approved by the University’s Research Committee BEFORE you can complete your administrative registration.
