ATTENTION :
- Each re-registration must be accompanied by a CSI report showing a favorable opinion for re-registration in year N.
- Registration for 2nd year of thesis: please validate the 3 compulsory training courses Ethics, Integrity and Open Sciences.
ECOLE DOCTORALE - Registration for 2nd and 3rd year of doctoral studies - ADUM
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 30 of each year
Once you have entered and added your supporting documents, your application will be automatically forwarded to your Thesis Director, Unit Director and Doctoral School for validation.
Your file will then be examined by the SCOLARITY department to finalize your registration and pay the registration fees.
PLEASE WAIT a few days before paying your registration fees DIRECTLY into your ENT student account, and then make an appointment to collect your school certificate and update your student card.
4th year registration - ADUM
Supporting document: Add a letter co-signed by the thesis director justifying registration, specifying funding and advancing the thesis defense date.
ATTENTION: each re-registration must be accompanied by a CSI report showing a favorable opinion for re-registration in 4th year.
Derogatory registrations for 5th year and above - ADUM
2025-2026: registration via ADUM + add the following file (1 single PDF file):
- Progress report
- Letter justifying registration, specifying reasons, funding and planned thesis defense date.
- CSI report MANDATORY for the year.
- Co-tutored doctoral students: please enclose supplementary agreements for additional years.
Time off for doctoral students
- Spring campaign for departures of one or two semesters : see amU website
- Fall campaign for departures of one or two semesters over two consecutive academic years (semester N + semester 1 year N+1): See amU website
