Validation procedures for training courses managed by Adum

Doctoral students can register for one of the training courses organized by the EDSV or for another training course centralized in the"Training Catalogue" section

All registrations must be made via your ADUM space.

Please note: At the end of the course, you will receive a questionnaire which you must answer to validate your participation.

Validation procedures for training courses outside the ED

Please note: The number of hours allocated may not exceed 17 hours.

To validate external participation and/or teaching, you must enter the following information in your personal ADUM space:

  • the condensed program of the event
  • the abstract of your poster and/or oral presentation - as first author
  • a certificate of attendance(download sample certificate)
  • DESU - DIU and other diploma courses: program and schedule. The ED Director is responsible for allocating the number of hours.

As the database only accepts one pdf download, you must save all documents in a single pdf file for each participation. If no attachment is provided, the validation request will be refused.

In general, you must validate 3 workshops in Transversal Training (FT) and 3 workshops in Disciplinary Training (FD), totalling at least 100 hours divided into 50 FT hours and 50 FD hours.
